Prices:

• The price reflected on the website once you are logged in as an approved reseller.
• You can add any amount of profit to the price listed.
• Should you have your own resellers their business name & areas should be communicated to us.

Timelines:

• Orders take 5-7 days to process depending on the size of the order and time of the year.
• Kindly contact us prior to placing the order should you require it at a specific time/date.

Advertising:

• You can only advertise our products once approved as a reseller.
• All photos on our website can be used to advertise our products.
• Once you’ve placed your first wholesale order you will be added to the WhatsApp group to receive regular updates and photos of products
• All Items that can be customised will have an option on the product to add custom wording.
• Resellers per area are restricted to optimise your sales.

Courier:

• Free Courier listed on the website is only applicable to retail clients, wholesale users need to pay courier fees.
• The price of the courier is determined by the items ordered and is calculated upon checkout.
• Own Courier is only permitted if you arrange for the courier to supply packaging materials. Courier prices listed includes packaging material.
• We offer drop shipping; Orders can be placed online, and we will ship it directly to your clients.
